This in-progress project promises to rejuvenate a house by transforming uninhabitable space and revitalizing living areas. The lower floor, initially unlivable, is being converted into a guest room, media room, and laundry area, enhancing functionality and comfort. The second floor, once housing a small, separate kitchen and dining room, is undergoing a transformation into an open-concept layout. This alteration will promote better connection and fluidity in the family's day-to-day living, paving the way for a home that beautifully blends tradition with contemporary needs.
